Excerpt: From 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, residents can reach the Service Center, which is situated in the district office of the Lake Constance region in Friedrichshafen, by dialing “115”. “The Public Service Number is not about direct access to individual employees, rather it’s about the quick processing of enquiries,” explains district representative Lothar Wölfe.
