The jury decides

• Just in time for the deadline, all of the final applications were submitted to Bonn. 
  
  
• The countdown began: On February 21, the jury made up of experts from the media, business and academia decided which city could happily expect a high-tech infrastructure, the realization of their ideas and the additional name of T-City.
